Most of what is worth keeping is not arranged. The pause before the yes, the child who has had enough of standing still, the hand that finds yours without being asked. I photograph those moments rather than direct them — gently, and at the pace the day is already moving.
That is why the pictures stay quiet. Natural light, film-inspired colour, no forced poses and no long list of instructions. You spend the session with the people you came for; I stay close enough to notice, and far enough out of the way to be forgotten.
Sessions take place in Munich and the surrounding area, and every finished image is retouched by hand before it reaches you.
